To relieve any sign of stress, mixing together Clary Sage, Lemon
and Lavender oils is a great one to try. To create the perfect bath
oil you should use 15-20 drops of the oils (around 12 drops of Clary
Sage, 3 drops Lemon and 3 drops Lavender). The use 2 ounces of sweet
almond carrier oil and blend them all together and keep in a cobalt
bottle.
Once you have run a bath, add roughly ¼ of an ounce into
the bath, never use the full 2 ounces in one bath! If you are running
the bath for a child it is important to use less amount of the final
product and to make sure that the oils are all safe for children.
• Calming and Relaxing Recipe
A recipe to calm and relax the mind and body could be a soothing
Lavender aromatherapy blend. For this you will need 1 ounce of sweet
almond carrier oil, 10 drops of Roman Chamomile, and 5 drops of
Lavender. Be sure to mix the oils well and store them in an air-tight
container. Whenever you need a calming experience, simply massage
the blend into the feet. The Roman Chamomile has a really strong
sedative effect so it should only be used when you won’t be
driving or needing to concentrate after you have used it.
